INSURANCE
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance. However, patients are oftentimes reimbursed for much, if not all, of their visit costs. Superbills are available through the patient portal. Please ask your insurance carrier for details regarding reimbursement options and the process. Be sure and ask for same in-network coverage reimbursement under the GAP EXCEPTION for insurance carriers with provider shortages which are most areas. Ask your insurance company for more information.
NEW PATIENTS
Are you taking new patients?
At this time, I am accepting very few patients and only patients with ADHD and PTSD concerns and other concurrent issues. New patients are accommodated within a few weeks of requesting a new patient appointment.
CREDIT CARD AND PATIENT REGISTRATION
I need to add a credit card to register as a new patient and request an appointment? Will I be charged?
Valid credit or debit cards are required to register and request an appointment. You will not be charged until 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
APPOINTMENT REQUEST PROCESS
I just requested an appointment. What happens now?
After registering on the secure patient portal as a new patient and requesting an appointment time, your appointment will be confirmed, and you will receive an email notification as well as a link to the online portal to complete necessary documents, evaluations and assessments before your first appointment.
